Day 17: Dairy Challenge

Breakfast: Bowl of GF Corn Flakes with almond milk.

Lunch: Asparagus, Mini Rice balls, teriyaki chicken all on a bed of spinach.

Snack: 2 corn wraps with turkey, tofu sour cream and dill. They were not enough so I also had half a black bean quesadilla (with soy based cheese and tofu sour cream).
