Day 11: Dairy Challenge

Breakfast: One slice of GF toast and 2 scrambled egg whites.

Snack: One wrap made with half the turkey I've been using, tofu sour cream, guacamole, and a corn tortilla.

Dinner: Bear's wonderful homemade stir fry. We figured out the nutrition content by adding everything together, portioning it out and dividing the number of portions by the nutrient content for the whole.

Snack: Pureed frozen banana. This is one of my favorite icy treats. It has a consistency and taste like banana ice cream.
