Day 3 and Anniversary Dinner at Biaggi's

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites on toast with 1 cutie orange.


Cal: 160 Carb: 23.2 Chol: 0 Fat: 2.5 Sugar: 9.5

Snack: Apple chips and a cup of almond milk (not pictured)


Cal: 83 Carb: 14 Chol: 0 Fat: 3 Sugar: 10

Lunch: Salad (I eat a lot of these during the work week. They are easy to transport and don't required a germ filled office microwave)


Cal: 156.7 Carb: 17 Chol: 11 Fat: 7.6 Sugar: 5

Snack: Turkey wraps again. Made with corn tortillas, turkey, tofu sour cream and spicy guacamole. I can't help it. They are just that good.

Dinner: Biaggi's herb-crusted Yellow Tail Flounder served over a basil pesto wine broth with grilled vegetables (they are the lump hiding under the flounder) and roasted potatoes with Gluten free flat bread on the side. The flounder was ok but not the best I've had, and the potato's tasted like french fries, however their new gluten free flat bread was sensational and I ate two servings! I had to guesstimate using the nutrition guides from several online resources so this might not be accurate but I think it's close.
