Day 19: Dairy Challenge

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites on GF toast

Snack: 1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Dream. A dairy free alternative to ice cream made from almond milk. It was good, but not as fabulous as the mint chip made from coconut milk.
