Day 4: Dairy Challange


A little late in the day to post this, but here is yesterday's menu.Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup GF oatmeal, 1 cutie orange.

Snack: 1 turkey wrap on a corn tortilla and 1 green apple.

Lunch: Typical Salad with 1 egg white, 1/2 and avocado, 4 olive, and lots of vegitables.

Snack: GF Corndog

Dinner: Grilled chicken, Grilled Asparagus, mashed potatoes made with soy butter and almond milk. (I only ate half of the chicken in the photo and saved the other half to put in my salad for tomorrow's lunch). Total

Cal: 338.5 Carb:75 Chol: 40 Fat: 3.1 Sugar: 8.1
