Day 23: Dairy Free Challenge

Breakfast: 4 potato pancakes (1 tablespoon each), 1 strip of bacon, peppers, 1 sunny side up medium egg and a piece of toast.
Cal: 264.79 Carb: 38.13 Chol: 186 Fat: 7.83 Sugar: 3.21

Lunch: 2 mushroom, soy based cheese, and basil pizzas on corn tortillas.
Cal: 210 Carb: 27 Chol: 0 Fat: 2 Sugar: 5

Snack: 1 bowl of Corn Chex with almond milk.
Cal: 280 Carb: 54 Chol: 0 Fat: 4.5 Sugar: 6

Due to the holiday we chose to not post the nutritional value of our Easter feast; that, and we just didn't want to tally it all up.

Dinner: spanakopitas made with soy based cheese and spring rolls wrappers, Alaskan Pollock fish, Dolmas, gluten free pita with hummus. Next month I will be posting some of these recipes. It was delicious. Happy Easter.
