Day 25: Dairy Free Challenge

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites, one slice of toast, and half a small avocado.

Snack/Lunch: I'm Combining my morning snack and lunch in 1 container again. Today I had mandarin oranges, tuna salad, fresh asparagus, a mini rice ball, and 2 California rolls.

Snack: I used up some left overs and had 1 black bean quesadilla with soy based cheese, tofu sour cream and spicy guacamole.
