Day 6: Dairy Challenge

Feeling a bit lazy today and threw a bunch of stuff together. Hey! It happens to everyone and at least I'm being honest.
Breakfast: A bowl of Gluten Free Corn flakes and almond milk.
Cal: 208 Carb:28 Chol: 0 Fat: 0 Sugar: 8

Snack: 2 corn tortilla's with peanut butter and 1/4 cup dried unsweetened cranberries (because I like them tart).
Cal: 310 Carb: 34 Chol: 0 Fat: 16 Sugar: 5.5

Lunch: A turkey sandwich on GF bread with apple chips for a side.
Cal: 370 Carb: 62.25 Chol: 10 Fat: 9.25 Sugar: 25.5

Snack: And this is where I got into trouble. One bowl of GF corn flakes with almond milk and a slice of toast with Soy cream cheese.
Cal: 380 Carb: 41.5 Chol: 0 Fat: 9.75 Sugar: 9.5

Dinner: A turkey burger with vegetables, and a potato topped with guacamole. The trouble continued; I meant to not have the bread but.... You get the picture.
Cal: 535 Carb: 61.5 Chol: 75 Fat: 16 Sugar: 6

Daily Total

Cal: 1875 Carb: 227.25 Chol: 85 Fat: 51 Sugar: 54.5
