Day 28 : Dairy Free Challenge

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites, 1 slice of Udi's toast, and 1/2 a small avocado.

Lunch/Snack: mandarin oranges, gluten free pita bread with hummus, low sodium turkey with mustard, red pepper, and 1/2 an Udi's gluten free Cinnamon roll.
