Day 14: Dairy Challenge

Breakfast: 1 slice of GF toast and 2 scrambled egg whites.

Snack: GF Pretzels and 1 apple.

Lunch: 2 Wraps made with corn tortillas, turkey, spicy guacamole, tofu sour cream and one cutie orange.

Snack: 1 bowl of Vegetarian Pad Thai from Big Bowl.

Dinner: One quesadilla made with black beans and soy based cheese with peppers on the side.

Snack: Purely Decadent Mint Chip coconut milk Ice cream. We did only eat the 1/2 cup serving but this was so good that it was hard to stop. This may just replace ice cream in the future for us.
